Who we are
- Workforce Observatory is operated by the Workforce Observatory team, reachable at contact@workforceobservatory.com.
- For the purposes of the GDPR, we act as data controller for personal data submitted through this website.
Data we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, team size and message.
- Technical data required to deliver the site (IP address, browser type) in short-lived security logs.
- We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To respond to demo and contact requests and to conduct pre-sales communication.
- Transactional email is sent through Brevo, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
Legal basis and retention
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering a contract, for demo and contact requests.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
- Lead data is retained while your inquiry is active and deleted within 24 months unless a contract follows.
